LakeSnowmore

This two-star logic puzzle has 4 noun types, 5 nouns per type, 1 link, 35 facts, and 3 rules. It needs 150 marks and 6 grids. Even though there are no links for you to define, you need to employ rules (and triggers) for clues 2, 4, and 6.

Clue 2 has: "Carolyn and the father either put together the jigsaw puzzle, or played cards." The facts are nobody else can do the jigsaw puzzle except these two. Rule 1 checks for violations and adds triggers to find the solution quicker.

Clue 4 has: "Either Debbie or Brian went snowboarding, and the other read a book in the evening." I have facts that state nobody else went snowboarding or read a book except for those two. Rule 2 checks for violations and adds triggers to find the solution quicker.

Clue 6 has: "Either Brian or Mickey (but not both) played cards that evening, and the other spent the day tobogganing." I have facts that only Brian or Mickey can toboggan, and that the toboganner cannot play cards. Rule 3 checks for violations and adds triggers to find the solution quicker. Note: If Brian plays cards, I assume he is holding cards1. Likewise, if Mickey plays cards, he is holding cards2.

This puzzle would need to make multiple assumptions if my rules did not have triggers.
